Ingredients

shrimp
peeled and deveined

lemon
for the juice

dry white wine

butter

tbsp
olive oil

cloves
minced garlic

tsp
kosher salt

tsp
black pepper
Instructions
Heat skillet with 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil on medium-high.
Add 2 tbsp minced garlic and cook for 1 minute
Season the shrimp with 1 tsp kosher salt & 1 tsp black pepper.
Cook shrimp till they turn pink (3 to 5 minutes depending on size)
Remove shrimp from the pan (leave butter and oil in the pan).
Boil 1/2 cup dry white wine and 1 lemon juice in the skillet.
Return the shrimp to the pan.
Mix all ingredients.
Serve over pasta or by itself.
