Instructions
Heat skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter on medium-high heat.
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper on the chicken breasts.
Add a sprig of rosemary and a sprig of thyme to each chicken breast.
Place the chicken breasts in the skillet, herb side down, for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375.
Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Place chicken in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the herbs before serving.
