Saute vegetables and 1 tbsp minced garlic with the cooked beef for 12 minutes.
Drain the red kidney beans and great northern beans.
Add can diced tomatoes, red kidney beans, great northern beans, 1 cup tomato sauce, 1 1/2 cup beef broth, 4 tsp white wine vinegar, 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper into the pot.
