Kung Pao Sauce

soy sauce

tbsp
honey

tbsp
corn starch
1 1/4
tsp
siracha sauce

tsp
sesame oil
Instructions
Heat skillet on medium-high heat.
Cut 2 lbs chicken thighs into bite sized pieces.
Add chicken thighs, 3 tbsp minced garlic and 1 tsp ground ginger to the skillet.
Cook until chicken is golden brown.
Add 6 oz cashews.
Cook for one minute.
Turn heat down to low.
Whisk 8 tbs soy sauce, 4 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp corn starch, 1 1/4 tsp siracha sauce and 1 tsp sesame oil
Add sauce to skillet.
Bring to boil.
Simmer until ready to serve.
