Mix 1 1/2 lbs ground meat, 2 eggs, 1/2 onion, 3 green onions, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tsp orange zest, 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper in a bowl.
Shape into small balls.
Place alumniuim foil on a casserole dish.
Place meatballs in dish.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Rine meatballs in colander.
Marinade
Whisk 2/3 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup water, 4 green onions, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp corn starch, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp orange zest and 1/2 tsp pepper in a large pot.
