  • baby spinach
  • cucumber
  • brocoli
  • minced garlic
  • pistachios
  • blue cheese crumbles
  • hemp heart seeds optional
  • dried cranberries optional

Instructions

  • Mix all desired ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add 2 tbsp hot sauce (lunch), japanese bbq sauce (dinner) or salad dressing.
