Instructions
Mix 4 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, 6 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp onion powder and 1/2 tsp sea salt in the crock pot.
Add the 2 1/2 lbs of chicken thighs into the crockpot.
Cook on low for 3 hours.
Shred the chicken.
Cook for another 2 hours.
