Ingredients
Crust

Stuffing

ground meat

onion

taco seasoning

tomato paste

shredded pepper-jack cheese
Instructions
Crust
Preheat oven to 350.
Whisk 2 eggs and 4 oz cream cheese until smooth.
Mix in 1/2 tsp taco seasoning.
Mix in 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese.
LIne a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
Spread the cheese mixture in the pan.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven for 10 minutes before adding the topping.
Topping
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Dice the onion.
Brown the 1 lb hamburger and onion in the skillet.
Drain the fat.
Mix in the 3 tbsp tomato paste.
Spread over the crust.
Top with 8 oz shredded pepper-jack cheese.
Bake for another 20 minutes.
