Add chicken broth to slow cooker, then stir in Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning packet.
Add chicken to slow cooker, then cover and cook: 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
After chicken has cooked, use meat claws or large forks to shred chicken.
Once the chicken has soaked up the remaining broth in the slow cooker, sprinkle in shredded cheddar, bacon, and cream cheese.
Stir ingredients to combine, then cover the slow cooker and allow to cook for an additional 10 minutes until cream cheese and shredded cheese have both melted.
Plate and serve as either appetizer with chips/veggies or entrée.
