Kung Pao Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 6 oz cashews
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Kung Pao Sauce
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 1/4 tsp siracha sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat skillet on medium-high heat.
- Cut 2 lbs chicken thighs into bite sized pieces.
- Add chicken thighs, 3 tbsp minced garlic and 1 tsp ground ginger to the skillet.
- Cook until chicken is golden brown.
- Add 6 oz cashews.
- Cook for one minute.
- Turn heat down to low.
- Whisk 8 tbs soy sauce, 4 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp corn starch, 1 1/4 tsp siracha sauce and 1 tsp sesame oil
- Add sauce to skillet.
- Bring to boil.
- Simmer until ready to serve.
