Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup dark cocoa
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- pinch salt
- 4 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix 1 1/3 cup sugar, 2/3 cup dark cocoa, 1/3 cup cornstarch and pinch of salt in a pot.
- Whisk 4 1/2 cup milk into the pot.
- Bring to a boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Mix in 4 tbsp butter and 2 tsp vanilla extract.
- Cool for 3 minutes.
