Freeze 2 lbs sirloin steak for 1 hour.
Cut steak into thin strips against the grain.
Mix 1/4 cup coconut aminos, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp rice vinegar and 2 tsp minced garlic in a ziplock bag.
Add the steak to the bag and shake.
Marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
Heat a skillet on medium-high heat with 2 tbsp butter.
Separate steak from marinade and keep the marinade.
Cook steak for two minutes on each side.
Remove steak from skillet.
Saute the 4 cups broccoli, 2 cups sugar snap peas, 1 red onion and marinade for 7 minutes.
Return the steak to the pan for 1 minute.
