Honey Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs chicken thighs
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 6 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- green onions garnish
- cilantro garnish
Instructions
- Mix 4 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, 6 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp onion powder and 1/2 tsp sea salt in the crock pot.
- Add the 2 1/2 lbs of chicken thighs into the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken.
- Cook for another 2 hours.
