Chinese Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground chicken
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 3 tsp siracha sauce (or chilli paste)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 4 tbsp seaseme oil
- 2 tbsp cornstartch (or arrowroot)
- green onions
- seaseme seeds
Instructions
- Heat a skillet on medium-high heat.
- Cook 2 lbs ground chicken.
- Add 4 tsp minced garlic and 2 tbsp ginger.
- Cook for 1 minute.
- Add 3 tsp siracha sauce and 1/4 cup brown sugar.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Whisk together 1 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 4 tbsp sesame oil and 2 tbsp cornstartch.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Bring to boil.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Optional – serve with green onions and sesame seeds.
