Cheesy Ranch Chicken

- Slow cooker
- Meat Claws
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz package cream cheese (cut into cubes)
- 12 slices bacon (crumbled)
Instructions
- Add chicken broth to slow cooker, then stir in Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning packet.
- Add chicken to slow cooker, then cover and cook: 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
- After chicken has cooked, use meat claws or large forks to shred chicken.
- Once the chicken has soaked up the remaining broth in the slow cooker, sprinkle in shredded cheddar, bacon, and cream cheese.
- Stir ingredients to combine, then cover the slow cooker and allow to cook for an additional 10 minutes until cream cheese and shredded cheese have both melted.
- Plate and serve as either appetizer with chips/veggies or entrée.
