Preheat oven to 400.
Microwave 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese and 4 tbsp butter on high for 1 minute or until completely melted.
Mix the 1 clove minced garlic, 1/4 cup ground pork rinds, 2 tbsp coconut flour, and 1 egg with the melted cheese and butter with a wooden spoon until bread dough consistency.
LIne a pizza pan with parchment paper.
Shape the dough with your hands on the parchment paper.
Dock the dough with a fork to make small holes.
Bake for 9 minutes or until the curs has browned.
Spread the pizza sauce over the crust.
Top the pizza crust with 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese.
Top the pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and any other toppings desired.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Let pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.
