Heat skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter on medium-high heat.
Place the chicken breasts in the skillet for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375.
Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Season the chicken with paprika, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper and celery salt.
Place chicken in the oven for 20 minutes.
While the chicken is baking, fry 8 pieces of bacon.
Add 1 tbsp butter and 1 clove minced garlic to the same pan as the bacon.
Saute 8 oz of mushrooms.
When the chicken is baked, top with mushrooms, then bacon and then shredded cheddar cheese.
Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
