Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon
  • 6 large eggs

Instructions

  • Heat skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Place 4 slices of bacon on the skillet for 2 minutes.
  • Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Repeat until all bacon is cooked.
  • While cooking bacon, whisk together 6 eggs.
  • Leave some of the bacon drippings in the skillet.
  • Scramble eggs in the skillet.
  • Serve with biscuits if non-keto.
