Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork tenderlion
  • 1 tbsp seal salt
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground fennel seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Mix 1 tbsp sea salt, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp dried rosemary, 2 tsp cocoa powder 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp ground fennel seeds, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper and 1 tsp black pepper in a small bowl.
  • Place pork in the slow cooker and rub spice mixture over the pork.
  • Add 1/3 cup chicken broth to the slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 4 – 5 hours or low for 6 – 8 hours. For best results cook on low.
  • Shred pork with metal claws.
  • Set slow cooker to warm for 20 minutes.
