Shredded Pork

- Slow cooker
- Metal claws
Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork tenderlion
- 1 tbsp seal salt
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground fennel seeds
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Mix 1 tbsp sea salt, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp dried rosemary, 2 tsp cocoa powder 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp ground fennel seeds, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper and 1 tsp black pepper in a small bowl.
- Place pork in the slow cooker and rub spice mixture over the pork.
- Add 1/3 cup chicken broth to the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 4 – 5 hours or low for 6 – 8 hours. For best results cook on low.
- Shred pork with metal claws.
- Set slow cooker to warm for 20 minutes.
