Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 16 oz light kidney beans
- 1 16 oz chili beans
- 1 28 oz can Rotelli Diced Chili Tomatoes
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream
Instructions
- Brown 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck in the chili pot.
- Add 16 oz light kidney beans, 16 oz chili beans, 28 oz Rotelli Diced Chili Tomates, 6 oz tomato paste, and 1 tbsp chili powder to the chili pot.
- Bring chili to a boil.
- Reduce heat and cover with a lid.
- Simmer for twenty minutes.
- Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream, if desired.
