Heat skillet on medium-high heat.
Boil water in a pot.
Add 1 1/2 lbs of ground chuck to the skillet.
Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper to the ground chuck.
Cook until meat is browned.
Add 14 oz rotini pasta to boiling water.
Cook pasta for 8 minutes.
Pour meat into a colander to drain excess fat.
Add meat to a large mixing bowl.
When pasta is done, pour into a colander.
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck, 14 oz rotini pasta, 2 cups sharp cheddar shredded cheese, 16 oz tomato sauche and 1 tbsp Italian seasoning in a large bowl together.
Place a layer of pasta miture into a casserole dish.
Sprinkle cheese over the pasta mixture.
Repeat layering pasta mixture and cheese until gone.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
