Cheeseburgers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 lbs ground chuck
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Heat skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter and 2 cloves minced glaric on medium-high heat.
  • Mix 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce and 1 1/3 lbs ground chuck together.
  • Separate the ground chuck into 4 even portions.
  • Form patties from each portion.
  • Press your thumb into the top of each patty.
  • Add salt to the top and bottom of each patty.
  • Add the burgers to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Flip the burgers over and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
  • Add a slice of sharp cheddar cheese to each burger.
  • Serve when the cheese has melted.
