Heat skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter on medium-high heat.
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper on the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken breasts in the skillet for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375.
Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Place chicken in the oven for 20 minutes.
While the chicken breasts are in the oven fry 4 eggs.
Make 4 pieces of toast.
Butter the toast.
When the chicken is baked, remove from the oven and slice into strips.
Place the chicken strips on the pieces of toast.
Add a fried egg on top of the chicken.
Sprinkle the 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese on top of the eggs.
Sprinkle 1 tsp garlic salt on top of the cheese.
Broil in the oven for 4 minutes or cheese is bubbly.
