Chicken Toasty

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 pieces bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Heat skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter on medium-high heat.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper on the chicken breasts.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the skillet for 5 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  • Place chicken in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • While the chicken breasts are in the oven fry 4 eggs.
  • Make 4 pieces of toast.
  • Butter the toast.
  • When the chicken is baked, remove from the oven and slice into strips.
  • Place the chicken strips on the pieces of toast.
  • Add a fried egg on top of the chicken.
  • Sprinkle the 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese on top of the eggs.
  • Sprinkle 1 tsp garlic salt on top of the cheese.
  • Broil in the oven for 4 minutes or cheese is bubbly.
