Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 sprigs rosemary
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Heat skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter on medium-high heat.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper on the chicken breasts.
  • Add a sprig of rosemary and a sprig of thyme to each chicken breast.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the skillet, herb side down, for 5 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  • Place chicken in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the herbs before serving.
