Preheat oven to 400
Mix 1 cup ricotta, 1/2 cup parmesan, 1 egg, 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper in a bowl.
Pat dry the chicken breast.
Salt and pepper each side of the chicken breast.
Place chicken breasts in the casserole dish.
Spread 1 cup of marinaria over the chicken breasts.
Spread the ricotta mixture over the chicken breasts.
Spread the remaining 1 cup of marinara over the chicken breats.
Spread the 1 cup mozzerlla over the chicken breasts.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Optional: Serve with Basil.
