Kung Pao Chicken

Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 6 oz cashews
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Kung Pao Sauce

  • 8 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 1/4 tsp siracha sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  • Heat skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Cut 2 lbs chicken thighs into bite sized pieces.
  • Add chicken thighs, 3 tbsp minced garlic and 1 tsp ground ginger to the skillet.
  • Cook until chicken is golden brown.
  • Add 6 oz cashews.
  • Cook for one minute.
  • Turn heat down to low.
  • Whisk 8 tbs soy sauce, 4 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp corn starch, 1 1/4 tsp siracha sauce and 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Add sauce to skillet.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Simmer until ready to serve.
