Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sliced sirloin steak
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups broccoli
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas
  • 1 red onion

Teriyaki Marinade

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  • Freeze 2 lbs sirloin steak for 1 hour.
  • Cut steak into thin strips against the grain.
  • Mix 1/4 cup coconut aminos, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp rice vinegar and 2 tsp minced garlic in a ziplock bag.
  • Add the steak to the bag and shake.
  • Marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Heat a skillet on medium-high heat with 2 tbsp butter.
  • Separate steak from marinade and keep the marinade.
  • Cook steak for two minutes on each side.
  • Remove steak from skillet.
  • Saute the 4 cups broccoli, 2 cups sugar snap peas, 1 red onion and marinade for 7 minutes.
  • Return the steak to the pan for 1 minute.
