Mix 1/2 lb Italian Sausage, 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup coconut flour, 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and 2 eggs by hand to mix the dough.
Press the dough into a pan.
Set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375.
While the dough is baking, cook the red onion and pepper in a skillet in olive oil and garlic.
In a seperate skillet, cook the mushrooms in olive oil and garlic.
Bake for 6 minutes.
Rotate the pan in the oven.
Bake for 6 minutes.
Spread the tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, red bell pepper and oinion over the entire pizza.
Spread mushrooms on 1/2 the pizza.
Bake for 25 minutes.
