Ingredients

Pizza Crust

  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup ground pork rinds
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 egg

Toppings

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • pepperoni
  • mushrooms

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Microwave 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese and 4 tbsp butter on high for 1 minute or until completely melted.
  • Mix the 1 clove minced garlic, 1/4 cup ground pork rinds, 2 tbsp coconut flour, and 1 egg with the melted cheese and butter with a wooden spoon until bread dough consistency.
  • LIne a pizza pan with parchment paper.
  • Shape the dough with your hands on the parchment paper.
  • Dock the dough with a fork to make small holes.
  • Bake for 9 minutes or until the curs has browned.
  • Spread the pizza sauce over the crust.
  • Top the pizza crust with 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Top the pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and any other toppings desired.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Let pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.
