Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 16 oz light kidney beans
  • 1 16 oz chili beans
  • 1 28 oz can Rotelli Diced Chili Tomatoes
  • 1 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • sour cream

Instructions

  • Brown 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck in the chili pot.
  • Add 16 oz light kidney beans, 16 oz chili beans, 28 oz Rotelli Diced Chili Tomates, 6 oz tomato paste, and 1 tbsp chili powder to the chili pot.
  • Bring chili to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and cover with a lid.
  • Simmer for twenty minutes.
  • Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream, if desired.
