Rosemary & Thyme Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter on medium-high heat.
- Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper on the chicken breasts.
- Add a sprig of rosemary and a sprig of thyme to each chicken breast.
- Place the chicken breasts in the skillet, herb side down, for 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Place chicken in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the herbs before serving.
