Heat skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter and 2 cloves minced glaric on medium-high heat.
Mix 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce and 1 1/3 lbs ground chuck together.
Separate the ground chuck into 4 even portions.
Form patties from each portion.
Press your thumb into the top of each patty.
Add salt to the top and bottom of each patty.
Add the burgers to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes.
Flip the burgers over and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
Add a slice of sharp cheddar cheese to each burger.
Serve when the cheese has melted.
