Preheat the oven to 375.
Dice 1/4 sweet onion as small as possible.
Mix 1 lb ground chuck, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, 1/4 diced sweet onion, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper in a large bowl.
Place six strips of bacon next to each other on a cutting board or wax paper.
Shape the meatloaf mixture into a log and place on the strips of bacon.
Wrap the bacon around the meatloaf.
Place the meatloaf in a casserole dish.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Broil for 3 minutes to crisp the bacon.
