Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon
- 6 large eggs
Instructions
- Heat skillet on medium-high heat.
- Place 4 slices of bacon on the skillet for 2 minutes.
- Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Repeat until all bacon is cooked.
- While cooking bacon, whisk together 6 eggs.
- Leave some of the bacon drippings in the skillet.
- Scramble eggs in the skillet.
- Serve with biscuits if non-keto.
